Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The Silver Shades, we value your trust and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you can cancel an order or request a refund.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Returns & Exchanges
Returns/exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
You received a defective or damaged product.
The product delivered does not match your order.
Requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging & tags intact.
Customized or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated once we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In case of COD orders, refund will be provided via bank transfer after confirmation.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund:
Customized or tailor-made products.
Sale/discounted items (unless defective).
Gift cards/vouchers.
5. Damages During Transit
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, please share clear photos/videos with us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per eligibility.
